Volume Two: Proposed Changes (to the Operative District Plan)

Current state
Queenstown Lakes District Council made decisions on the submissions received for the Accessible Parking Amendments at its meeting on 2 June 2022. The effect of the decisions adopted the recommendations of an Independent Hearings Commissioner to confirm amended provisions for the Operative District Plan- Section 14 Transport and the Proposed District Plan - Chapter 29 Transport.

A person who made a submission on the Accessible Parking Amendments may appeal this decision to the Environment Court within 30 working days of the service of the notice of the decisions (by 29 July 2022)
