A bit about your coaches
Our Running Workshop is fast approaching and we thought we would highlight the coaches we have as we think we've assembled an expert unit to help you improve your running!
At the helm, we have Laura Wallis (pictured below) - a physiotherapist and experienced runner herself! Laura will help you manage your training load, get the best out of your performance and reduce the risk of injury.
The Thursday session is a strength based circuit. Drey Tendron (pictured below), a qualified personal trainer, will run these targeting muscle groups which are important for running. Drey has experience working with athletes and everyday individuals and will have you at peak performance in no time.
Lastly we have Sarah Douglas, an expert runner and Routeburn record holder. Sarah has competed nationally and internationally in races across the world. She will pass on her knowledge for training, race preparation and performance on the day.

We've assembled the (running) avengers so you can get the best training plan and run faster than you ever have before. Book your spot now!
