If you’ve ever felt like you’re either all in or completely off track with your
nutrition and training - I get it! I went all in to maximise my (very average) rugby
performance, then lost my way when life got busy with work and socialising.
Eventually, I found a more balanced, sustainable approach that actually stuck.
Now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

Whether you want to change your body, fuel your training, or simply feel more in
control of your eating habits, I’ll help you build the systems, tools, and mindset
to make healthy eating feel automatic. I work across sports nutrition, body
composition, and lifestyle coaching to help you feel, look, and perform at your
best - without extreme diets or banning your favourite foods.
