A six week evening boot camp programme focused on a hybrid style of training that combines cardio with basic lifting movements.

About The Cardio Series
We've had a lot of feedback about continuing programmes during the holidays and so we created The Cardio Series. Running every Monday from 15 December, this six week boot camp will focus on a hybrid style of training with plenty of versatility.
Why join the Cardio Series?
- Improve aerobic fitness and muscular endurance
- Expert guidance and adaptive exercises
- Suitable for beginners and intermediate fitness levels
- Unique training spaces – like Muscle Beach (outdoor), the oval and indoor stadium
