Power - Exercise for Parkinson's Disease
A new programme for those with Parkinson's disease comes to Alpine Health & Fitness.

What is the Power programme?
The Power programme is exercise for Parkinson's Disease. You'll be taken through PD specific exercises which help to protect and create neural connections in the brain, with the aim of reducing symptoms and improving quality of life!
The programme consists of:
- An individual consultation - you'll have a 1:1 with a qualified trainer to assess your current physical ability and go through your health history
- 10 group sessions - you'll participate in 10 group sessions to work on PD specific exercises to improve your condition
- A personalised home programme - you'll receive a personalised programme that you can work on at home!
- Education to support long-term management of the disease
How much does it cost?
The Power programme costs $150 but you get a lot of value in return! Check out what the programme consists of above.
